What is “Paths to the Past”?
Paths to the Past is a collection of independently researched and created trails for the Imperial War Museum’s First World War Galleries.
Each trail is based on a real person who experienced the First World War in a different way, allowing you to explore underexplored themes of gender, ethnicity and sexuality, as well as the people behind the “hero”.
